About the Role
Cheer Home Care is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Manager to join our team at the Cheer office. The Recruiter will be responsible for actively recruiting and sourcing caregivers. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are essential. Cheer is known for having the best caregivers in the industry, and we are looking for someone committed to finding and hiring top talent. The successful candidate will work closely with our office team and possess excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

• Creative, outside-the-box thinking

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  
• Industry experience (preferred)
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
  
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
  
• Willingness to work one weekend day, if needed
