Manager at PRN Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for
driving the growth and expansion of our services through strategic
partnerships, client acquisition, and market analysis. Your role
will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering
relationships with healthcare providers, and implementing
strategies to enhance the company's market presence. Essential Job
Functions: 1. Business Strategy Development: - Devise and execute
comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets and expand
the company's reach in the healthcare industry. - Analyze market
trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
identify opportunities for growth. 2. Client Acquisition and
Relationship Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other
potential clients to generate new business opportunities. -
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional
materials and campaigns to attract and retain clients. 3.
Partnership Development: - Identify and negotiate partnerships with
key stakeholders, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and
community organizations, to enhance service offerings and market
presence. - Manage ongoing partnerships and collaborations,
ensuring mutual benefits and long-term success. 4. Sales and
Revenue Generation: - Develop and implement sales strategies to
drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and maximize
profitability. - Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular
reports, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree
preferred. - Proven experience (5 years) in business development,
sales, or a related role within the healthcare or rehabilitation
industry. - Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics,
trends, and regulatory environment. - Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel as needed
and a valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements: This position
requires the ability to: - Sit and work at a computer for extended
periods. - Travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry
events. - Lift and carry materials for presentations and
