Our medical division is launching Geniant™, an intelligent cranial robotic navigation system designed to help neurosurgeons achieve exceptional precision in tumor resections, biopsies, SEEG, DBS, and functional neurosurgery. Position Overview The Senior Marketing Manager will support commercial growth, product positioning, and market activation for the Geniant™ platform. This role partners closely with Sales, Clinical, and Leadership to execute go-to-market initiatives, develop compelling product and clinical messaging, and drive surgeon awareness and adoption. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving MedTech environments and enjoys building scalable marketing programs that support commercialization and launch success. Key Responsibilities 1 . Go-to-Market Execution & Commercial Support Support development and execution of go-to-market plans for Geniant™ in priority regions and clinical segments Partner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to align marketing initiatives with field needs Translate commercial strategy into executable campaigns, tools, and timelines Track performance metrics and provide insights to inform optimization 2. Brand, Awareness & Demand Generation Execute integrated marketing campaigns across events, digital, PR, and clinical education channels Support Koh Young’s positioning within the surgical robotics and neurosurgical ecosystem Manage Societal presence and field marketing activities (e.g., CNS, AANS, NANS, ESSFN) Develop and manage marketing assets that increase surgeon awareness and engagement 3. Product Marketing & Competitive Positioning Develop and maintain product messaging, value propositions, and positioning materials Support competitive analysis and positioning versus Medtronic, Brainlab, Zimmer ROSA, Stryker, Globus, and others Translate clinical features and technical innovation into clear clinical and economic benefits Partner with Clinical and R&D teams to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency 4. Launch & Sales Enablement Support Support execution of product launches, upgrades, and market expansions Develop sales enablement tools including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and training materials Coordinate with Sales and Clinical teams to ensure launch readiness and field adoption Collect and synthesize voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to support continuous improvement 5. KOL & Market Development Support Assist in identifying and supporting key opinion leader (KOL) engagement initiatives Support advisory boards, thought-leadership activities, and clinical storytelling Coordinate marketing support for surgeon presentations, publications, and educational programs Work cross-functionally to amplify clinical validation and market credibility Requirements & Skills 5–7 years of MedTech marketing experience Experience supporting capital equipment, robotics, neurosurgery, or enabling technologies preferred Strong background in product marketing, launch support, and sales enablement Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth or early commercialization environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Benefits Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance at no employee premium (including dependent coverage) 401K retirement plan with 5% matching Generous PTO and paid holidays
