• Current CA state license is a plus
• Ownership from day 1, advancing through partnership levels over 4 years
• Vituity profit distribution for full partner typically 20-25%

  • 45,000 patients each year, staffed for around 1.8 patients/hour
  • Physicians stay overnight for 2-3 days in the on-site housing accommodations provided by the hospital. Exercise/weight room/full kitchen, 3 private rooms, housekeeping included.
  • Academic environment with multiple resident and student rotations.
