Job Description:

Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental and industrial services, is seeking a skilled Driver Class A with preferred experience in rolloff and/or tanker operations to join our Transportation & Logistics team. This role is crucial for safely and efficiently managing the transportation of hazardous wastes and other materials in compliance with company and regulatory policies. The position involves working closely with several departments to ensure the integrity and safety of our operations while contributing to our mission of sustainability and environmental protection. Operate Class A trucks, including rolloffs and tankers, adhering to all safety regulations. Transport hazardous waste materials from client sites to designated Clean Harbors facilities. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure operational safety. Maintain accurate logs of travel and cargo details in compliance with company and federal regulations. Respond to client and team communications timely and effectively. Participate in safety meetings and undergo training as required by company standards. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring they are secured and documented properly. Strong driving skills with the ability to maneuver large vehicles Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and transport regulations Excellent communication and documentation skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) HAZMAT endorsement or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Clean driving record
