LEGAL NURSE CONSULTANTJOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP
seeks a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) to support attorneys in
Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Mass Tort, and Civil Rights
cases. This role serves as a liaison between medical experts and
attorneys, assisting with case selection, analyzing medical
literature, and providing ongoing litigation support. The ideal
candidate has a strong nursing and medical background with an
understanding of catastrophic injuries and complex medical
conditions.SALARY AND BENEFITS:$115,000-$140,000/annuallyActual
salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as
location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers competitive compensation and

include:
- Review and advise on initial cases in potential medical
malpractice cases.
- Develop and manage the initial review process for all medically
related PI cases when causation is in question or medically
complex.
- Review, analyze, and explain the content of the medical records
and medical literature to attorneys, paralegals, and other legal
experts.
- Assist in locating medical experts with case review,
understanding medically complex situations, and related
issues.
- Provide support in depositions regarding medicine for defense
experts and all other medical witnesses.
- Research the medical issues involved with potentially harmful
products.
- Collaborate with lead attorney(s) on any issue(s) in any case
involving medicine.
- Develop relationships with nurses, attorneys, physicians,
paralegals involved in litigation inside and outside of the
firm.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with valid
state registered nursing license.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing; master's degree in
nursing, public policy, or similar field preferred.
- Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate (LNCC) preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization,
preferably in healthcare management or legal, or other professional
services industries.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and able to learn new
computer software systems as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed leader with the ability to build relationships
through high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, judgement,
and discretion in line with the firm's client service
standards.
- Ability to build, drive, and maintain team
