Job Description Job Description HR Administrative Assistant - North Park, San Diego A well-established organization located in North Park, San Diego is seeking an organized and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for supporting both employees and management. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation Assist with recruitment efforts such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations Help maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws by updating files and ensuring accurate recordkeeping Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and benefits administration Respond to general HR-related inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources Qualifications: 1-2 years of HR or administrative support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Working Hours: Full-time Onsite Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Position Details: Location: North Park, San Diego Contract to hire role Compensation: $20.00-$27.00 per hour DOE This is an excellent opportunity to grow your HR career in a supportive and team-oriented environment!
