3-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Talent
Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract
basis in Mission Bay, San Diego. This role will support high-volume
and specialized hiring needs and is ideal for a recruiter who can
hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The Talent
Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment
process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
coordinating offers. You will partner closely with hiring managers
to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and deliver
a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include posting
and managing job requisitions, proactively sourcing candidates
through various channels, maintaining accurate records in the
applicant tracking system, and ensuring compliance with hiring
policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Post, manage, and
track job requisitions using the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and
direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone or video
interviews Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions
with internal stakeholders Ensure a positive and professional
candidate experience throughout the process Maintain accurate and
up-to-date recruiting documentation and reports Ensure compliance
with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications 2
years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or human
resources Strong communication, organization, and time-management
skills Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Proficiency
in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Bilingual in Spanish and
English is required Additional Details: Located in Mission Valley,
San Diego Minimum 3 month contract role Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
PST Onsite schedule, Full-time role Compensation: $26.00-$28.00 per
