As a Shared-Ride Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients attend important medical appointments, social events, and personal errands. This position requires not only excellent driving skills but also a compassionate approach to assist and support the elderly in maintaining their independence. Safely transport clients to and from various appointments and social events. Assist clients in getting in and out of the vehicle and offer aid as needed during trips. Maintain a friendly and supportive interaction with all clients. Manage schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off. Keep the vehicle in clean and operational condition at all times. Document and report travel and client status updates as required. Strong driving record and proficiency in vehicle maintenance. Ability to use navigation tools efficiently and plan routes effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with elderly clients. Capacity to manage time effectively and handle schedules. Physical ability to assist clients, including supporting them in mobility. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
