  • Career development opportunities with national and international promotion opportunities. The sky is your limit.Job DescriptionRate of pay: $30/hrOrganize and oversee the various outlets. Ensure quality of food, beverage, service, and ambiance. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of various outlets.Job responsibilities include, although are not limited to:
    • Operate within Forbes 5-star standards and hold team accountable to these standards daily.
    • Display a congenial appearance and be well-groomed at all times.
    • Assist the department manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining outlet service standards.
    • Train staff both in groups and one-on-one to emphasize service standards, safety, and product knowledge.
    • Coordinate all service staff for all meal periods during shifts.
    • Monitor setup and maintenance of the department to ensure all side work is completed.
    • Perform administrative functions as required and communicate with the department manager as needed.
    • Work safely at all times and follow all safety procedures outlined in the Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention Manual.
    • Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menus offered in the outlets.
    • Correctly identify guests when ordering alcohol at tables or at the bar.
    • Conduct safety awareness topics as needed.
    • Assist in organizing back-of-house storage areas, offices, liquor rooms, and beer coolers.Qualifications
      • Ability to prioritize workload.
      • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
      • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
      • Excellent telephone etiquette.
      • Exceptional guest recovery skills.
      • Strong Micros knowledge and experience.
      • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
      • Effective presentation and response skills for groups of managers, clients, and the public.
