Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Southwestern Arizona | Near California Border $40 – $51 per hour Sign-On Relocation A growing healthcare system in Southwestern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its rehabilitation team. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Address ADLs, IADLs, cognition, upper extremity function, and mobility Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and discharge planning Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Supervise COTAs and therapy support staff as appropriate Qualifications: Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Arizona OT license (or eligible) NBCOT certification BLS certification Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: $40– $51 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (2-year commitment) Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (2-year) Three months temporary housing provided (taxable benefit) If you are a motivated Occupational Therapist looking for a full-time opportunity in a sunny Southwestern community with strong compensation and relocation support, apply today to learn more.
