Duties & Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose patients with
chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, neuropathic,
and other pain syndromes. Perform a variety of interventional pain
management procedures, such as epidural steroid injections, nerve
blocks, joint injections, and radiofrequency ablations. Develop
individualized treatment plans that incorporate both interventional
and non-interventional approaches, including medication management,
physical therapy, and psychological support. Work collaboratively
with other healthcare providers, including physical therapists,
psychologists, and anesthesiologists, to create a holistic approach
to pain management. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on
patient progress and evolving needs. Stay current with advancements
in interventional pain management techniques and technologies.
Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their pain
conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including
documentation of procedures, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA,
and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Active and
unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain prior to
employment). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine
& Rehabilitation - Physiatry . Active and unrestricted DEA license
(or ability to obtain prior to employment). Benefits Compensation &
