About the Role Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) - Outpatient Ortho Location: 1611 Main St, El Centro, CA 92243 Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000 Featuring updated Productivity Incentives that reward you for patient care access, giving you more control of your own compensation! Comp package based on job-related factors such as location, experience, and incentives. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions Develop individualized care plans and goals Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active California OT license (or eligibility) Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required Passion for building a thriving OT service line Required Skills Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with hands-on manual therapy and functional movement Knowledge of acute and chronic injury management Familiarity with pre- and post-surgical care Pay range and compensation package Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000 Featuring updated Productivity Incentives that reward you for patient care access, giving you more control of your own compensation!
