without insurance limitations. Through our COVA Human Performance
Lab , we integrate advanced testing, biomechanical assessment, and
performance-based rehabilitation to support athletes, dancers,
active adults, and women across the lifespan. We value clinical

lifestyle and want to practice at the top of their license. Role
Description COVA Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated,
high-caliber Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. This
role will begin part-time , with a defined pathway to full-time as
the clinician builds a consistent caseload and contributes to
clinic growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with
active populations, values clinical excellence, and wants the
autonomy to practice at the top of their license in a
collaborative, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1, individualized physical therapy sessions focused on
movement quality, injury prevention, and long-term performance
Evaluate, treat, and progress clients across our specialty areas,
including active adults, athletes, dancers, performing artists, and
women’s health populations (based on training and interest) Perform
biomechanical and movement assessments to guide care plans Educate
clients on exercise, recovery, and lifestyle strategies to support
longevity and performance Collaborate with the COVA team to
maintain a high standard of care and client experience Participate
in community outreach, education, or specialty offerings aligned
with your expertise Optional: Complete Longevity testing and
programing including VO2 max tests, resting metabolic rate testing,
biomechanical evaluations, and action plans. Training provided.
Schedule & Growth Path Start part-time with flexible scheduling
Gradual increase in hours as caseload grows Clear opportunity to
transition to full-time based on performance, demand, and mutual
fit Who You Are Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
and a valid state Physical Therapy license BLS Certified Board
specialty or advanced certifications preferred Passionate about
active lifestyles, movement, and lifelong fitness Proactive,
dependable, and committed to clinical excellence Strong focus on
customer service Brings (or wants to develop) a niche or specialty
