Each patient's journey begins with a thorough 60-minute evaluation, allowing for focused care and personalized therapeutic exercise plans. Continuity of care is a priority, with patients seeing the same evaluating therapist for all visits. Every session is tailored to provide hands-on care, home exercises, and education about the patient's condition. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant located in Chula Vista, CA. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized therapeutic plans, and ensuring continuity of care. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with patients to meet their rehabilitation goals, providing education on conditions, and customizing exercises and stretches for home programs. The therapist will contribute to successful patient outcomes through quality, hands-on care and ongoing assessment of progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Patient Care, and Rehabilitation skills Experience delivering Quality Patient Care with a focus on individualized treatment Knowledge and expertise in Orthopedics and understanding of related conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and comfort Ability to develop and implement home exercise programs and educate patients effectively Licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in California Experience in manual therapy techniques is an advantage Dedication to patient-focused care and achieving optimal outcomes
