Job Description Full-time pulmonologist, North San Diego County.
Outpatient clinic plus inpatient consults (1 week/month). BC
pulmonology, CA license required. 2 years' experience preferred.
Multi-specialty, not-for-profit group; strong colleague support.
Modern facilities, advanced tech. Salary: $300k W-2, paid benefits.
Optional ICU/critical care moonlighting"avg. $125k/year.
Collaborative, team-oriented environment. Partnership track after
1"2 years. Schedule: 4 days/week clinic; 1 week/month inpatient.
Clinic patients may be scheduled on rounding days if service is
slow. Flexible scheduling with 5-provider, collaborative team.
Sick/vacation call: Pre-planned, partners or moonlighters provide
coverage. 12"14 clinic patients/day consults All pulmonology
procedures supported. Ion robotic bronchoscopy for biopsies;
training offered. Group covers own practice call; rounding
physician handles inpatient calls. Moonlighters help as needed
nights/weekends.
