Health (San Diego North) Location: 3250 Fordham St, San Diego, CA
92110 Facility: Neogen Care – Southern California Schedule Options:
- Tuesday–Saturday - Wednesday–Sunday Locals accepted. Guaranteed
Weekly Work (GWW): - 25 completed visits = 40 hours guaranteed -
Hours based on completed visits Position Requirements: - Minimum 1
year of Home Health RN experience (geriatric population) - OASIS
documentation experience required - BLS/CPR certification required
