San Diego, CA --- Bakersfield, CA Full-time $150,000.00 - $200,000.00Posted 04/30/2024Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and success. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including those in the Ports, Roads, Airports, Bridges, and Highways fields. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for leading and directing project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget, and managing various project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans and timelines and ensure that the project team stays on trackLead and direct project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilitiesManage project budgets and timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetMonitor project progress and report any issues to the appropriate stakeholdersManage communications with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress and any changesLead meetings and identify opportunities for improvementAssist in the development of scopes of work for projectsEnsure all project objectives are met and that projects are delivered with a high level of qualityQualifications:At least 5 years of experience in project management, including experience in Heavy Civil, Ports, Roads, Airports, Bridges, and HighwaysStrong knowledge of project management processes and methodologiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentOutstanding problem-solving and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or SmartsheetBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsConstructionHeavy CivilPortsRoadsbridgesAirportsHighways
