We are seeking a highly motivated, ethical team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in lending. Will be working with loan originators and production staff to secure all required documents. Will be working with several types of mortgage lending (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc). Job Requirements Must possess at leastof experience in Conventionaland FHA Lendingas a Loan Officer, etc Fluent knowledge of DU LP FHA and CONV experience; be attuned to all the latest HUD, RESPA, HVCC, and Agency guidelines Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Proven customer service skills Works well in a team environment Effective verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skills Compensation & Benefits: Salary Comp Bonus ExcellentBenefits package available Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly Responsibilities: Non-Essential Job Functions: Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
