What you'll bring Who You Are: - Experienced: You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. - Passionate: You are dedicated to helping clients understand and navigate the tax process, enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes confidently. - Customer-Focused: You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need: - Licensing: You must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). - Availability: You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. - Technology: You must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit’s security criteria. How you will lead What You Will Do: - Tax Preparation: Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing sound professional judgment and ensuring timely and accurate service. - Customer Support: Offer tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of empowering global prosperity. - Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security for sensitive customer, confidential, and proprietary business information. - Research and Resources: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate and understandable answers to customers. - Communication: Use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner, and document interactions to maintain accurate records. - Professionalism: Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner, adhering to and promoting Intuit’s core values, including “integrity without compromise.” Ready to Make a Difference?
